Blanc De Noirs
This English sparkling wine is made entirely from the red grapes Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It is rich, light, vivacious and incredibly fruity. After hand-picking, the grapes were whole bunched pressed to obtain the finest juice. Tirage took place after 9 months. The wine was left on its lees for 24 months, with a further 4 months in the bottle after dosage.
This is a sparkling wine that goes well with mushrooms, Dorset pate and even a barbecue.
