Grapes: 50% Black Grenache, 40% Cinsault and 10% Syrah.
Terroir: Clay-limestone on the communes of VILLEDIEU and SAINT-ROMAN-DE-MALEGARDE.
Viticulture: The soil is worked in its entirety with respect for the environment and the plant.
Vinification: Harvest early in the morning. Direct pressing rosé. Bottled in March following the harvest, to keep the fruit and freshness.
Annual production: 10,000 bottles.
Tasting notes: Pale pink, salmony colour. Nose of red fruits, crushed strawberry and raspberry and floral notes (acacia, hawthorn). The mouth is fresh, fruity and mineral. Summer rosé: refreshing, pleasant and gourmet.
Accords: Bricks with fresh goat, salmon carpaccio. Grilled swordfish “sauce” with cherry tomatoes and capers, rosé veal skewer and sun vegetables. Thousand-leaf raspberries.
Availability: 75 cl and 150 cl. Bottled in February or March after harvest.
