Cremant De Bourgogne Rose
After a short two-days maceration which gives to the Crémant its nice pink hue, the grapes are pressed. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures (around 18° max). Once alcoholic fermentation finished, malo-lactic fermentation is not complete in order to preserve the freshness and acidity of the cuvee.
The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, and lasts 16 months to obtain fine bubbles.
