Palate: Smooth, fruit and spice flavours with
toasted oak. Complex and structured. A pleasant
finish with red fruits and hints of eucalyptus.
Food Matches: Ideal with meat paellas, roasted
meat and poultry, chorizo and other Spanish
cured meats.
