Macon Villages
Situated next to Macon, the Macon-Villages AOP is demarcated by 26 small villages. Chardonnay reigns supreme with terroirs particularly suitable for this grape, some reaching up to 400 metres altitude.
La Crochette is made from grapes which grow on the limestone soils of South Burgundy. La Crochette is selected from the best winegrowers and vinified in temperature controlled vats under the strict control of our winemaker.
