Fourchaume is the main Premier Cru from Chablis in size, covering 115 hectares, located on the right bank of the Serein river, very near the famous Grands Crus Hillside. Deep marl soil and limestone subsoil form the Kimmeridgian era. Exposure south west.
Vinification & ageing…
Selected must purchase during the harvest time, from a local Chablis winegrower. Vinified and aged in Stainless steel tanks, during a minimal period of 10 months.
How to enjoy this wine…
To be enjoyed within 3 up to 6 years after the Harvest, according to the vintage’s profile. Drink it with all type of Seafood, cooked fishes, sushis, gambas etc…
