Terroir and old vines cultivated by the family for 3 generations. Wine island of 25 ha on gneiss and facing east.
Its terroir “marks” the difference among many others. It remains unique, in blind tasting it is found for sure. You will appreciate its floral nose, its fruity mouth. Its slight pearl is the guarantee of a Sur Lie vinification and gives it its assertive and sustained character.
Pairing: This wine will be in perfect harmony with appetizers, seafood, fish and shellfish.
