50% Grenache. 40% Syrah. 10% Marselan.
Direct pressing of whole grapes. Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 2 months.
Pretty pale pink colour with pastel undertones. Fresh and very aromatic, on the nose, this wine has a delicate bouquet with notes of red fruit, and citrus. Good balance between sweetness and acidity in the mouth. Notes of fresh fruit with beautiful persistence.
